TEHRAN, Apr, 5 (MNA) – Iranian movies ‘Merajiha’ directed by Masoud Dehnamaki and ‘Che’ directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia are among the nationwide best sellers, since International Fajr film festival movies released.
Filmiran company's sales director, Amir Qotbi, told Mehr News correspondent that movies ‘Merajiha’ after forty days and ‘Che’ after twenty two days since they are released have been among the nationwide best sellers so far.
‘Merajiha’, Persian word for ascending, is about the Iranians’ sacred defense period during which Iranians fought on war sites against Iraqis who imposed the war between 1980-1988.
‘Che’, the 1st letter for the name of an Iranian great martyr, Chamran, narrates the story of his life. Mostafa Chamran was the 1st Iranian defense minister of the Islamic Republic and was martyred during the imposed Iraqi war in 1981.
