Iran’s army to unveil modern APCs
Iran unveils modern APCs (Armed Personal Carriers) on April 18 on the occasion of Iran’s Army Day, Deputy Commander of the Iranian Army's Ground Forces Brigadier General Kiomars Heidari says to Fars news agency. Heidari also states that Iran’s army successfully test-fired three surface-to-surface missiles during the recent drill of the forces.
Gold coin prices continue to fall at Iran’s free market
According to Mehr news agency, Head of Iran's National Union of Gold and Jewelry, Mohammad Keshti Aray has announced that gold price per ounce has been lately dropped by more than $100 in the global market. Keshti Aray also says that the rate of decline has been unprecedented in recent years.
'Presidential candidates’ campaigning violations will be considered'
Alireza Nilchi, Head of Guardian Council's election committee has said that early campaigns of the presidential candidates are observed by Iran’s Guardian Council, emphasizing these violations would be considered in the approval of their qualifications, ISNA reported.
Chinese to resume Iran's oil exploration project
According to Mehr, the new Act of Iran’s National Gas Company solved the year-long standoff of oil exploration project. It is anticipated that oil and gas exploration activities will be resumed by Sinopec Corporation of China in the country’s northern deserts.
