IRNA | Ahmad Moeini Jam: A high-ranking delegation from Patriotic Union of Iraqi Kurdistan (PUK) held talks with Iran’s SNSC Secretary Ali Shamkhani in Tehran on Monday. The delegation was headed by the PUK’s Deputy Secretary General Kosrat Rasul Ali and Chief of Executive Body of the union’s Political Bureau, Mala Bakhtiar.
