IRNA | Ahmad Moeini Jam: A high-ranking delegation from Patriotic Union of Iraqi Kurdistan (PUK) held talks with Irans SNSC Secretary Ali Shamkhani in Tehran on Monday. The delegation was headed by the PUKs Deputy Secretary General Kosrat Rasul Ali and Chief of Executive Body of the unions Political Bureau, Mala Bakhtiar.
