IRNA- Head of Iran�s Strategic Council on Foreign Relations (SCFRI) Kamal Kharrazi said that today the US government is managing to financially blackmail countries like China, Russia and Europe, and on the other hand, the US begins to blackmail security affairs.

In the meeting of �40th Decade of the Foreign Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran�, which was held with the presence of foreign ministers after the victory of the Islamic Revolution and a group of ambassadors and missions residing in Tehran on Tuesday, Seyyed Kamal Kharrazi called the independence, freedom and the Islamic Republic as three key slogans of the revolution.

�We have paid heavily for these three slogans, whether at the beginning of the victory of the Revolution that we faced terrorism, or in the eight-year-old war and after that the sanctions, as well as the continuation of terrorism we encountered inside the country and in the region.�

The head of SCFRI said that fighting the enemy is naturally with the cost and the Iranian nation has shown readiness to pay any cost in line with the goals of the revolution.

Kharrazi added, 'We celebrate the victory of the revolution for the 40th time today, while the world is facing a serious crisis, after the failure of fascism and communism today, we are witnessing the failure of liberalism and capitalism. What is happening in Europe and the United States shows that liberalism faces serious problems.

'America, which is a symbol of capitalism, has always been moving in this direction, we see that, because of capitalism's defeat, it takes punitive measures against its rivals instead of competition within the framework of capitalism, and this is a new imperialism that is called Financial imperialism.�
