Iran's gross domestic product (GDP) including oil grew 4.5 percent in the previous Iranian calendar year (ended on March 19), compared to a year earlier, according to the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).
The World Bank (WB) in its latest report put Iran’s economic growth in 2023 at 4.2 percent, which is twice higher than that of the average economic growth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
