TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Pars Oil and Gas Company plans to construct natural gas liquid (NGL) storage facilities with the capacity of 640,000 cubic meters in the Southern parts of the country on the rims of the Persian Gulf.
The storage facilities are expected to be built in Assalouyeh in the Southern Iran in order to stock gas condensate produced by some refineries in the massive South Pars gas field, the oil ministry's website reported.
Eight facilities, each with the capacity of 80,000 cubic meters, are planned to be constructed.
Gas condensate storage facilities will also require pipeline network, power supply, firefighting stations, measurement systems, boosters as well as industrial and administrative buildings.
