Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan[/caption]TEHRAN, July 20 (MNA) � Minister of defense has said the ministry welcomes �new research projects by the elites� in defense sector.
Defense Ministry�s public relations office quoted Brig. Gen. Hossein Dehghan addressing the meeting with young elites in aerospace. Dehghan believed that the�Aerospace Industries Organization�(AIO)�was an organization fostering �thinkers and intelligent people.�
�Support for elites seeks to foster an atmosphere which infuses all members in all organizational levels and duties with the feeling of membership to a great and glorious organization as the Ministry of Defense,� added Dehghan.
He emphasized flexibility and alacrity in the structure of the Aerospace Organization. �When an organization is efficient in higher levels of management, it would turn itself into a flexible and an agile organization capable of planning and managing complex projects,� the defense minister asserted.
�No barrier in the Defense Ministry would affect the human and organizational development; it truly matters here through good judgments, we use exploit our resources to attain the best results in short- and long-terms,� Dehghan told the meeting.
