The Israeli regime has hit another UN-run school sheltering Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip, killing at least 11 people.
The Israeli strike hit the school in the southern city of Rafah on Sunday, Gaza emergency services spokesman, Ashraf al-Qudra, said.

Chris Gunness, the spokesman for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), said the school was sheltering thousands of Palestinian refugees who had fled Israels relentless attacks.

According to witnesses, the attack came while people were waiting in line for food supplies.

It was the third time in ten days that a UN-run school has been targeted in the besieged enclave.

Some 22 other Palestinians, including several children, were also killed in the Sunday attack on the southern town of Rafah. Ten of the victims were members of the same family.

Israel has been targeting the Gaza Strip with military attacks since July 8. The air, sea and land strikes by Israel have so far killed at least 1,755 people and injured over 9,200 others, according to Palestinian sources. Nearly 400 children are among the fatalities.

Palestinian resistance fighters continue their rocket attacks against Israeli cities in retaliation for Tel Avivs relentless onslaught on the blockaded Gaza Strip.
