Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the outgoing European Union Foreign Policy Chief Catherine Ashton have started a meeting in Belgiums capital of Brussels for talks on Tehrans peaceful nuclear program, said Michael Mann, spokesperson for Ashton.
