Islamabad, Dec 4, IRNA � Iran's Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani hailed the position of Pakistan as a friendly and brotherly country.
He made the remarks here Thursday while talking to reporters upon arrival at the airport.
He pointed to several cultural and religious common points the two nations share and said numerous areas of cooperation in economic, political and cultural areas exist between Iran and Pakistan.

Larijani further stressed the importance of exchange of visits between parliamentary delegations from the two countries.

He expressed hope that a letter of cooperation would be inked between the two parliaments.
