TEHRAN, Dec. 06 (MNA) � Iranian and international leading entities in wire industries will gather in Tehran to showcase works at 2nd International Wire Industries Exhibition.
This exhibition will provide an opportunity for the largest and most prestigious domestic and international companies to showcase their latest achievements in the field of wire industries, as well as to get acquainted with the new developments in the industry by interacting with one another.


The 2nd International Wire Industries Exhibition will take place at Tehran International Exhibition Center on Dec. 14-17. So far, over 120 companies have registered their names for attendance.


The exhibition which covers an area of over 10,000sqm will put on display various kinds of wire and cable manufacturing machineries, raw materials, manufacture tools, insulating materials, and measuring and testing equipment among others.


In addition to domestic companies, the participation of companies from Germany, Turkey, India and China has so far been confirmed.


Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Germany, Japan, France, England and the US all hold international wire industries exhibitions, but Iran is the only country in the Middle East to have ever hosted such an exhibition. This indicates the growth of the industry in Iran, which according to statistics, annually manufactures more than 320,000 various kinds of wires and cable.
