TEHRAN Dec 10 (Shana)--Iran Oil Terminals Company (IOTC) announced domestic manufacturers have managed to make three strategic items with wide use in oil industry so that the country no longer needs to import the items.
Head of research division at IOTC Parviz Bayat made the remarks yesterday on the sidelines of a specialized oil industry exhibition in Ahvaz city, capital of Khuzestan province, noting the items include electric and hydraulic actuators as well as four �way valves.

He continued: "Manufacturing items like four-way valves at home has reduced expenses of provision the items by 30 percent."
Domestically manufactured hydraulic and electric and actuators with wide use in oil terminals have been tested successfully, he said.
According to Bayat, IOTC held fruitful talks with other oil companies and domestic manufacturers during the four-day oil industry exhibition in Ahvaz which will boost bilateral cooperation between the company and other manufacturers.
