Birjand, South Khorasan prov, Dec 24, IRNA - President Hassan Rouhani arrived in this northeastern province on Wednesday starting his 11th provincial tour.
Upon arrival in Birjand airport, President Rouhani was welcomed by several local officials.

During his visit, the president is to address residents of the province and hold separate meetings with provincial officials, scholars, elites, businessmen, exemplary figures and martyrs' families.

President Rouhani has so far visited Khuzestan, Hormuzgan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Ilam, Lorestan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Ardebil, Khorassan Razavi, Zanjan and Golestan provinces.
