Tehran, Dec 30, IRNA Iran and Iraq signed an MoU on Tuesday according to which Tehran promised to cooperate with Baghdad to refurbish Iraqi National Army to protect the country's national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The agreement was signed by visiting Iraqi Minister of Defence Khaled al-Obeidi and his Iranian counterpart Brigadier-General Hossein Dehqan, during their second round of talks in Tehran.
