TEHRAN, Jan. 05 (MNA) Dr. Peyman Jebelli has been appointed as the political deputy of IRIB.Mohammad Sarafraz, head of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, appointed Jebelli as his political deputy.
Jebelli is the former director of Alalam News Network and media director of Supreme National Security Council under its ex-secretary Saeed Jalili. He has also served as Irans ambassador to Tunisia.
He is a graduate of Imam Sadiq University with a PhD in Culture and Communications.
The successor to Majid Akhundi, Jebelli has been General Director of Internal News of IRIB News Center, General Director of News in Alalam News Network, and Manager of Alalam News Network office in Beirut.
