Tehran, Jan 9, IRNA Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought said enemies have felt that with the victory of the Islamic revolution and resistance of Iranians against conspiracies, the power of Islamic world is being shaped.
Ayatollah Mohsen Araki made the remarks before Tehran's Friday Prayers leader started the sermons.
Concerning the 28th International Conference of the Islamic Unity, which was held in Tehran on January 7-8, the ayatollah said that Muslims have recognized their abilities and now know that if they are united, they will turn to a top world power.
He continued that enemies are trying to sow discord among Muslims, adding that for many years, the enemies, with extensive plans, have been trying to create disunity between Shia and Sunni Muslims.
Ayatollah Araki concluded that different ideas among Muslims should not create hostility among them.
