TEHRAN (ISNA)- An Iranian parliament member reiterated that the country can use Iraqi market to deal with western sanctions imposed on Iran.

Iraq is an appropriate country. We can deal with sanctions through exports, trading, exports of technical and engineering services and raising job opportunities for young people (in Iraq). We can also start developing trade and conducting heavy projects in Iraq, said Head of Iran-Iraq Parliament Friendship Group Naser Soudani.

He also said Iran and Iraq have signed agreements during the recent visit of Iranian First Vice President Eshagh Jahangiri to Baghdad.

The Iranian parliamentarian said Iranian exports to Iraq totaled $12 billion during the last Iranian calender year (which started on march 21, 2013) , expressing the hope that the amount would hit $30 billion by signing the agreements.
