Head of Iran National Petrochemical Company Abbas Sheri-Moqaddam[/caption]TEHRAN March 04(Shana)--Skilled and professional human resources are among the main requirements of development in petrochemical sector, managing director of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Abbas Sheri Moqqadam said.
Addressing the 2nd conference of human resources departments at petrochemical companies, Sheri Moqqadam said the companies should consider human resources as the assets that their expertise and experience could pave the way for development in the sector.
He also said that human resources departments should protect their skilled forces so that they feel secure because they are the driving force behind efficiency in any organization.
According to him, petrochemical companies should hold training courses for their employees in order to promote them compatible with updated standards of the world.
