IRGC: Iran playing key role in Iraq, Syria

Mashhad, March 14, IRNA- IRGC Deputy Commander Brigadier-General Hossein Salami said on Saturday that Iran has been playing a significant role to restoring Iraq's security and preventing collapse of Syrian resistance.

The Islamic Revolution has inspired Islamic awakening and and boosted the freedom seeking sprit of world nations and prevented collapse of governments in the hands of big powers, preventing the political and military systems of Iraq from falling into the hands of puppet regimes, he said.


Shia people in Lebanon and Palestine are held in high respect because of their confrontation with the polices of the Zionist regime , he said.

People in Bahrain and Yemen inspired by the the Islamic Revolution and its Supreme Leader are determined to fight arrogant powers as well as Saudis, he said.

He also advised relevant officials to carry out their duties in serving nation.
