�TEHRAN, Apr. 05 (MNA) � United World Wrestling officially approved Iran's hosting of 2016 Greco-Roman World Cup.



Iran has announced its readiness to hold the competitions earlier on December 2014, proposing Shiraz as the host city.


Nenad Lalovic, UWW President, in his approval letter has expressed his pleasure of Iran�s hosting and has congratulated Iran on holding such �great event.


The date and details of the competitions, however, are not announced yet.
