A variety of goods were listed on the Iran Mercantile exchange trading floors in a bustling trading day on Wednesday.
According to IME public relations, 10,000 tons of sulfur lumps from Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Processing Company, 7,000 tons of the same product from Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company, as well as 2,500 tons from Shiraz Oil Refining Company were listed on the export trading floor for overseas markets.
In addition, Mishdovan Iron Ore Complex supplied 110,000 tons of iron ore, with the base price of $23 per ton. More than 7,500 tons of various grades of bitumen, and 1,200 tons of roof insulation were also listed there.
The industrial and mining trading floor played host to 6,444 tons of rebars bundles A3, 12 and 25 supplied by Esfahan Steel Company, 2,200 tons of rebar bundles A3, 16 and 25 by Persian Steel Industrial Group, and 1,380 tons of rebar bundles A3, 14 and 25 by Iran Alloy Steel Company.
Hormozgan Steel Company registered the offering of 1,000 tons of metallurgical coke, 99.7-percent purity, priced at 71,350 rials per kg. About 200 tons of metallurgical coke from Zarand Coke Making & Tar Refinery Company, and 10 kg of gold bullion from Mouteh Gold Complex were also offered on the same floor.
Elsewhere, the agricultural trading floor played host to 20 kg of saffron, 36,545 tons of corn, 1,715 tons of rice and 55 tons of animal feed.
The oil and petrochemical trading floor witnessed the offering of 115,181 tons of chemicals, 17,600 tons of various grades bitumen, and 8,000 tons of vacuum bottoms for local customers.
