Tehran, June 21, The Iran Project � Afghan president hailed Iran�s supreme leader for his order to register all Afghan children in Iran�s schools regardless of their residency status.

Releasing a video message on the occasion of World Refugee Day, Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani thanked Iran�s Supreme Leader for his order not to deprive Afghan children from education, even undocumented or illegal ones.

Both sides agreed to establish a joint committee to study Afghan immigrant problems, Ashraf Ghani said in the message.

After the Supreme Leader�s order, registration of Afghan students in the Iranian schools has increased more than 10 percent.
