TEHRAN, Jul. 05 (MNA) Deputy Chairman of Iran's Red Crescent Society for International Affairs said on Saturday that Iran is to airlift medical supplies to war-stricken nation of Yemen next week.
Speaking to IRNA, Mohammad Shahabeddin Mohammadi Araqi said Iran's consignment to Yemen is composed of 140 tons of medical supplies and disposable items which has been provided based on vital and emergency needs of the Yemeni people.
Previously, Iran had dispatched two other consignments via air and sea to Yemen.
Iran has repeatedly urged the United Nations to stop the Saudi aggression on Yemen and urged the International Criminal Court to bring to justice the Saudi leaders and Air Force commander for the crimes against humanity they ordered to be perpetrated in Yemen.
