Foreign diplomats: Qazvin, magnificent city for foreign tourists
Qazvin, Aug 20, IRNA A group of foreign ambassadors and diplomats who visited historical monuments in the city of Qazvin on Wednesday said the city is magnificent city for foreign tourists.

Speaking to IRNA, the Croatian Ambassador Striebor Keric said it was his first visit to Qazvin and called it a beautiful and historic city.
Keric expressed the hope that with better presentation of Qazvin, the city will be included in the list of tourist attractions.
Referring to the activities of Iran-Croatia Friendship Group, he hoped that it can prepare the required ground for further acquisition of the people of the two countries with each other and lead to further cooperation in the field of tourism.
Meanwhile, Mauritz Verheijden, the Charge dAffaires of the Netherlands in Tehran said the city enjoyed multiple historical attractions, adding that the city has been less introduced to foreign tourists.
The Algerian Ambassador in Iran Abdelmoun'aam Ahriz also said it was his first visit to Qazvin and said all the capacities in the city should be introduced to foreign tourists.
He noted that there was no obstacle to develop communication in the field of tourism between the two countries.
Speaking to IRNA, the Comoros Ambassador Ahmad Mujib al-Mazouqi said Qazvin enjoyed rich culture and history a fantastic place to visit by every foreign tourist.
Ambassadors and diplomats of 19 countries paid a one day visit to Qazvin to see the historical sites there. Some 1,304 historical monuments have been registered in the city.
