Iranian MPs depart for Belarus

Tehran, Aug 23, IRNA � The members of Iran-Belarus Parliamentary Friendship Group departed for Minsk on Sunday night.

Majlis (Iranian parliament) Economic Commission Rapporteur announced that the Iranian lawmakers have embarked on a five-day visit to the Belarusian capital.

�The Iranian legislators will meet high-ranking Belarus officials, including the country�s parliament speaker, heads of the parliamentary commissions and other MPs,� Rahim Zare said on Sunday night.

The Iranian lawmakers will discuss economic and political exchanges as well as the cooperation between the parliaments of Iran and Belarus.

�The members of Iran-Belarus Parliamentary Groups will also try to share their experiences in the fields and production and trade in the post-sanctions era.
