Islamabad, Oct 24, IRNA Pakistan interior minister's special envoy for drug affairs Mohammad Hafeez heading a delegation departed for Tehran to attend international conference on drug trafficking.
The top Pakistani drug official's agenda includes talks with the heads of Iran's anti-drug headquarters, coordination between the two countries' law enforcement agencies, elimination of international drug trafficking channels, as well as expansion of bilateral exchanges in anti-drug policies.
Hafeez will attend an international conference on drug trafficking on Monday in Tehran with the participation of Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Pakistan.
The five-day conference will discuss ways to boost cooperation between regional states against drug trafficking.
