TEHRAN Nov. 04 (Shana) Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh briefed Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif as well as Iranian envoys and ambassadors to foreign countries on the current status of the country's oil and gas industry.
A conference was held on Tuesday with Iranian executives in the country's missions and embassies where Zangeneh addressed the participants.
Among the participants were Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Government Spokesman Mohammad-Bagher Nobakht, and Power Minister Hamid Chitchian.
In his speech, Zangeneh elaborated on the country's latest oil and gas developments and achievements, the ongoing regional energy trends, the impact of JCPOA implementation on the petroleum industry of Iran, and the industry's outlook in the post-sanctions era.
