TEHRAN, March 06 (Shana) -- Managing director of Makran Petrochemical Complex said once all phases of the complex come online, it will be able to export 88% of its 25mt/y envisaged output.
Mohammad Reza Movasaghi Nia said the complex's completion generates vast opportunities for investments especially for Chabahar special free zone which will be the third petrochemical hub of the country, while many jobs will be created in the region.
$15bn is invested for development of Makran Petrochemical Complex, south of Iran, said the official during the visit of Omani Minister of Industry and Trade Ali Bin Masoud Al-Sanidi from the complex on Saturday.
