Tehran, Aug 9, IRNA Fighting global terrorism and realization of the International North亡outh Transport Corridor is on the agenda of Iran, Russia and Azerbaijan Republic talks, the Azeri President Ilham Aliyev said.
He made the remarks in a trilateral summit with his Iranian and Russian counterparts Hassan Rouhani and Vladimir Putin on Monday evening.
Calling cooperation between Tehran, Moscow and Baku successful, Aliyev noted that the Baku Summit increased collaboration among the three regional states.
He underlined importance of joint investment by the three capitals.
Elsewhere in his remarks, he stressed importance of cooperation for fight against international terrorism.
The risks and dangers of international terrorism is raising and fighting the dangers of terrorism is only possible through promotion of cooperation, Azeri president added.
Collective cooperation against terrorism is very important for regional and international stability, he noted.
President Aliyev also voiced hope for beginning of construction of International North亡outh Transport Corridor, adding that the railway between Iran and Azerbaijan Republic is an important step forward to boost the two countries economic cooperation.
