Iran founds Persian Gulf province
Member of Commission on Councils and Parliament's Internal Politics announced that some MPs have developed a draft for the tourist and cultural province of Persian Gulf to be founded, FNA reported.

Vali Esmaeili, Member of Commission on Councils and Parliament's Internal Politics stated that on the eve of National Day of Persian Gulf, Iranian lawmakers are going to put a plan for founding of the tourist and cultural province of Persian Gulf to the agenda.

The capital of this tourist and cultural province will be "Bu Musa", which in fact is a combination of Bum (i.e. place) and Musa (i.e. region), Esmaeili added.

He further explained that since Abu Musa is a fake name, it is changed into "Bu Musa" in this plan.

The main purpose of this plan is to make the name of Persian Gulf, eternal and topreserve the territorial integrity of Iran, Esmaeili emphasized.

The proposal of founding Persian Gulf province was firstly raised on May 10, 2010 in AsrIran site.
