Santiago, Aug 25, IRNA � Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in this Chilean capital city on Thursday.


Santiago is the fourth leg of Zarif's Latin American tour that started from Havana, Cuba, on Sunday night (Aug 21).

In Santiago, Zarif is to hold talks with senior officials and attend the opening ceremony of a trade meeting between the two countries.

After Cuba, the Iranian foreign minister along with his 120-member delegation visited Nicaragua and Ecuador.

He is to fly to Bolivia and Venezuela later.
