TEHRAN (Tasnim) � Iran Wrestling Federation decided not to renew Mohammad Bana�s contract as head coach of Greco-Roman team.





Bana�s contract ran out at the end of 2016 Olympic Games.

Under guidance of Bana, Iran won just two bronze medals in the games.

Saeid Abdevali in the 75kg weight category and Ghasem Rezaei in 98kg claimed the bronze medals.

Bana made history in the 2012 Olympic Games, inspiring the Iranian Greco-Roman wrestlers to win three gold medals.
