IRNA � Following delays to implement the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action by the US and breach of the deal by extension of Iran Sanctions Act, President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday assigned Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to take legal action against the US.

President Rouhani said that the US administration has delayed or exercised procrastination to implement the JCPOA and the subsequent extension of ISA is the blatant breach of the context of JCPOA.

President Hassan Rouhani demanded the foreign minister to take legal action against the United States.

The president said that the complaint against the United States is in line with a directive adopted by the Supreme National Council and the Iranian Supervisory Board monitoring sound implementation of the JCPOA.

The President demanded the foreign minister to initiate legal and diplmatic action against the United States and report the outcome in one month.
