ISNA - The Head of Iran's Po????lice, Brigadier General Hossein Ashtari and German Police President Dieter Romannstressed on expanding police cooperation between the two countries.

At a meeting withDieter Romann, Ashtarisaid: �countering with organized crimes especially fight against drugs and terrorists will be included in this cooperation because it is effective on promotion security of the two countries.�

In responseGerman police President said: �I witnessed the sacrifices of Iranian police forces in fighting against drugs. Iranian police activities in fighting against drugs protect German youth against drugs, too.�

�This meeting is starting and continuing point for cooperation with Iranian police and I believe there is a clear prospect for this cooperation. I hope we can come to effective solutions to fight against crime�, he added.
