IRNA � Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani held talk with his Belarusian counterpart Mikhail Myasnikovich here on Monday.


Larijani and Myasnikovich discussed issues of mutual interest and the ways for expanding mutual and parliamentary cooperation.

The two sides are slated to attend a joint press conference following the meeting.

Myasnikovich, heading a parliamentary delegation, arrived in Tehran on Monday morning upon the official invitation of his Iranian counterpart.

While in Tehran, the Belarusian parliament speaker is scheduled to hold talks with President Hassan Rouhani, Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif and Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade Mohammad-Reza Nematzadeh.
