IRNA A high ranking trade delegation from Slovakia headed by the countrys Deputy Prime Minister for Investments and Information Peter Pellegrini is expected to arrive in Iran on Tuesday to discuss issues of mutual interest.
Representatives of 35 Slovakian private companies as well as the countrys Economy Minister Peter iga and Finance Minister Peter Kazimir will accompany Pellegrini during the trip.
The Slovakian delegation will attend a forum in the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization (IDRO) on March 7.
They are expected to explore avenues to boost bilateral cooperation with their Iranian counterparts in the field of industry in a meeting with Iran's Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mansour Moazami.
IDRO has voiced readiness for bilateral cooperation with Slovakian industrial companies in the post-Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) era.
The Slovakian delegation will also discuss cooperation with Iran in the fields of energy, oil, gas, transportation, wagon, finance and Information Technology activities.
Holding Iran-Slovakia joint economic commission would be another issue to be discussed by the two sides.
