IRNA - Deputy Foreign Minister for Europe and America Affairs Majid Takht-e Ravanchi held talks with Austria's Deputy Foreign Minister, Michael Linhart on Friday.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the JCPOA Joint Commission which was held in Vienna.
During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction over the achievements and positive developments in political, economic and cultural ties between Iran and Austria.
Expressing readiness to promote cooperation and holding meeting on issues of mutual interests were among topics discussed in the meeting.
Takht-e Ravanchi pointed to Iran full commitment to nuclear deal also known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) which has also been verified by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reports.
It is essential for international community to react to US lack of commitment, said the Iranian diplomat.
Meanwhile, Linhart said Austria supports JCPOA completely.
Austria is after maintaining JCPOA achievements in meetings with other countries especially h European ones, he added.
The 8th JCPOA Joint Commission was held in Vienna on Friday morning. The commission monitors the implementation of the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers.
