IRNA - President's Advisor and Secretary of Free Zones Coordination Council Akbar Torkan arrived in Yerevan on Tuesday to examine expansion of cooperation with Armenian officials in free trade zones.
Upon his arrival, Torkan, heading a delegation, was hosted by the Armenian officials, Armenian deputy ministers of economic and energy and Iran's Ambassador in Yerevan Kazem Sajjadi at Yerevan airport.
During their stay, the Iranian delegation is slated to confer with high-ranking Armenian officials to examine expansion of cooperation in both sides Free Trade Zones (FTZ's).
It is expected that the two sides would ink several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) on broadening of cooperation at both sides' FTZ's.
