Press TV - Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi, Iran's Minister of Information and Communications Technology, has said that his most ambitious plan is to develop start-up businesses in Iran, which is highly sought by the young population.
Providing infrastructure for the development of employment is at the top of our agenda, which would be fulfilled by supporting start-up businesses, Azari Jahromi told Press TV on Tuesday.
According to the minister, Irans Ministry of Information and Communication Technology plans to remove barriers to the start-up businesses through facilitating issues related to tax, insurance, investment and copyright.

Azari Jahromi said that the administration has committed itself under the Sixth Development Plan to create 950,000 jobs annually from which 100,000 jobs should be created in the IT field.
He went on to say that the development of the information technology in Iran opens up an opportunity for the youth, who are residing abroad, to bring their creativity and ideas into their own country.
