IRNA A senior Iranian police officer described the interaction between Iran International Police (Interpol) and international bodies, including International Police Organization (INTERPOL), as 'good' and 'desirable'.
'Even in the worst political conditions, Iran's Interpol has had the best relations with the police of other world countries,' General Mohsen Fathizadeh noted on Sunday at a meeting held in Tehran with the country's judges and judicial experts.
'Iran aims to promote the good relation by holding different classes and workshops at different levels,' the Police officer underlined.
Fathizadeh further called for more coordination and interaction between the Iranian Police and the Judiciary.
Pointing to the threats posed against Iran by the world hegemonic powers and other enemies, the General stressed the importance of further cooperation between the organizations in the country to successfully face the threats and effectively safeguard the nation's rights.
