IRNA Iran's first vice president in a meeting with Hungarian Minister for National Economy Mihly Varga on Monday urged the European Union to prevent the US sabotage of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) reached between Iran and G5+1 in 2015.
'Tehran expects the European Union (EU) to show more resistance towards sides that have plan to violate the JCPOA and prevent damaging this international agreement,' Eshaq Jahangiri said during the meeting in a reference to the US sabotage of the nuclear deal.
He said that Iran has remained committed to its obligations, and expects all sides to be committed to their obligations.
Elaborating Iran's policy, Jahangiri said that development of relations with the European Union, in particular Hungary, is top priority in Iran's economic diplomacy.
He called for expansion of relations between Iran and Hungary in various fields of biotechnology, nanotechnology, tourism and transit.
Jahangiri referred to collapse of Daesh (ISIS) in Iraq and Syria and warned that the Takfiri group's ideology is still alive in certain regional and western states.
