Financial Tribune- Startups could help combat air pollution by developing sensors and control systems, the deputy for renewable energy at the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology said.
Sirous Vatankhah Moqaddam added that such firms are vital for countering the suffocating air pollution conditions that have afflicted Iran's major cities for decades, Mehr News Agency reported. Moqaddam urged startups to redouble efforts in the field and develop products like electric motorcycles, diesel-particulate filters and smart air quality monitoring devices.
