IRNA - The Russian Ambassador to the United Nations says the 2015 Iran nuclear deal with G5+1 formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) cannot be reviewed or changed.
In an interview with Russia 24 Network, Vasily Nebenzya said the failure of the JCPOA would affect the North Korea issue.
A few days ago, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov addressing a gathering in Russian resort of Sochi warned that the failure of the JCPOA would entail unpredictable consequences.
Sputnik news agency quoted Lavrov as saying that Russia will urge all parties (to the deal) to honestly implement it because scrapping this international pact will have very grave and unpredictable consequences for world order and the system governing non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
US President Donald Trump under pressure of Jewish lobby has called the JCPOA a bad deal and vowed Washington will not remain committed to it.
