MNA � Brigadier General Alireza Sabbahifard, the Deputy Commander of Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base said on Sunday that it was for the first time that the IRGC and the Army units staged a joint parade on the National Day of Army on last Wednesday.


�The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base showcased a small part of capabilities and military and defense might of Iran on the National Day of Army,� said Brigadier General Alireza Sabbahifard, the Deputy Commander of Khatam al-Anbia Air Defense Base.

The commander made the remarks addressing the staff at the weekly parade session of the base on the parade ground of the garrison.

�This year, it was for the first time that the carrying and equipment units of the IRGC and the Army staged a joint parade to let our enemies know that among our armed forces only exits unity, solidarity, and brotherhood,� reiterated the military official.

�All our armed forces are ready to face the threats in a unified and solid way,� underlined the commander.
