Financial Tribune- Iran has confirmed participation in Russia's Army-2018 international military and technical forum, Russia's Defense Ministry announced on Saturday.

"Participation of eight foreign displays has been confirmed to date: these are Armenia, Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Pakistan and Turkey," TASS reported, citing an official at the ministry.

According to the defense ministry, the Army-201exposition will showcase about 600 pieces of armament, military and special hardware.

The static exposition will feature more than 300 weapon systems and almost the same number will be involved in a dynamic show, the ministry noted. The Army-2018 international defense technology forum will be held in the Patriot Park near Moscow from August 21 to 26, 2018, TASS reported.
