IRNA Representatives of four European countries will hold talks with Iran's representatives in Italy on Thursday.
A source in Italy's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said that Italian, French, British and German diplomats will held a meeting behind closed doors with Iranian high-ranking officials in Rome.
The talks will be focused on regional issues, he said.
Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi will head the Iranian delegation in the meeting.
The meeting will be held as May 12 approaches when the US President Donald Trump will decide on remaining in Iran nuclear deal .
Despite the frequent verification reports by the international nuclear watchdog on Iran's full commitment to the nuclear deal, Trump has threatened he would withdraw from the deal unless its 'disastrous flaws are fixed.'
The previous meeting between representatives of the four European countries with those of Iran was held in February in Munich.
