IRNA A senior Iranian judiciary official on Sunday described the US sanctions imposed on Iran an opportunity for the country's economy.
The sanctions imposed on Iran are a historic opportunity for the country's economy, in particular the car manufacturers, Tehran Prosecutor General Abbas Jafari Dolatabadi said.
He noted that the threats can turn into opportunity through good planning.
The judiciary official urged the Iranian car manufacturers to avoid hoarding their productions and win back the people's trust in them.
US President Donald Trump has mounted pressure on Iran and on May 8 announced that Washington would withdraw from Iran's nuclear deal and re-impose nuclear-related sanctions on the country.
This is while most world powers, including Russia, China, and the European Union, have repeatedly stressed that keeping the deal is in the interest of the world peace and security.
