IRNA - Spokesman for National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of Majlis announced that the parliament is scheduled to decide on Iran's bill of accession to the Convention on Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) on Sunday.
MPs will discuss Iran's accession with more integrated and more compatible conditions with international laws, Ali Najafi Khoshroudi told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Saturday.
The final decision will be made in Sunday's open session, he added.
He referred to positive atmosphere in Majlis, saying it seems that MPs will vote in favor of the bill.
Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) involves investigating, analyzing, deterring and preventing sources of funding for activities intended to achieve political, religious or ideological goals through violence and the threat of violence against civilians.
