IRNA - Iran and Belarus agreed to expand their geological cooperation as the two countries are looking for upgrading their relations in all sectors.
Alireza Shahidi, Director General of Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration Organization, and Valentin Yaskov, Director of Academic and Industrial Center of Geology of Belarus, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the latters headquarters in Minsk on Saturday.
The document lays the groundwork for the expansion of ties in human resources training in exploration and geological activities for three years.
Iranian Ambassador to Belarus Mostafa Oveysi said Tehran is ready to expand ties with the country in all sectors.
